Flybe, the UK’s Number One Domestic Airline and the largest scheduled carrier at George Best Belfast City Airport, has today announced three new services to Bristol, East Midlands and Liverpool bringing its total number of routes offered from Belfast to seventeen. This move will also mean locating two additional aircraft at the airport with the potential creation of 250 indirect jobs adding to the 215 already directly employed by Flybe in Belfast.

Flybe, Europe's largest regional airline and the largest scheduled airline at the George Best Belfast City Airport has announced, a preliminary selection of 21 key routes available for travel in early Summer 2011 including Belfast to London Gatwick.

Belfast City Airport is disappointed to advise customers that Ryanair will be ceasing operations at Belfast City Airport at the end of the summer schedule.
This decision will affect all Ryanair flights from 0630hrs on 1st November 2010. Ryanair currently serves 5 routes from Belfast City Airport: London Stansted, Liverpool, Glasgow Prestwick, East Midlands and Bristol.

Manx2.com is set to add another flight to its Ireland schedule.
The Company, based in the Isle of Man, will launch a new direct link between Belfast City and Cork on Wednesday 8th September. From this date two return flights will operate every week day with a late flight on Sunday nights.

An independent investigation by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has found no evidence of low flying aircraft at George Best Belfast City Airport.
The CAA report followed claims that a low flying aircraft had caused damage to a roof in Parkgate Drive, East Belfast on 8 June this year.

Flybe, the UK’s Number One Domestic airline and the largest scheduled airline from the George Best Belfast City Airport has today (July 17) launched a new direct service from George Best Belfast City Airport to Guernsey. The new weekly service will run every Saturday until the end of August with lead in fares beginning at just £54.99 including taxes and charges.
