Explains Mr Strong, “Flybe has been serving N.Ireland for over 27 years and with the combination of more than 250 staff locally and our very strong customer base we are committed to be here for a very long time to come. This visit has enabled me not only to thank many of our long term corporate passengers but also provided an opportunity to re-emphasise to the First and Deputy First Ministers and other policy makers, the importance of reducing or abolishing the punitive Air Passenger Tax which is so damaging the UK regions, and particularly N.Ireland.”
