Why should I prebook?
By pre-booking your parking, you can save on the cost of parking compared to just turning up at the airport. It is quick and easy and it will guarantee your space.
How do I prebook?
You can book via
https://booking.belfastcityairport.com/belfastnewbooking or via the quick quote system on the Belfast City Airport website homepage. Simply select your expected entry and exit dates and times for the car park to get a quote, and then log in to complete your purchase. First time users will have to register to complete the payment process.
Why do I have register?
Belfast City Airport has designed the prebooking system to be as quick and efficient as possible for our repeat customers. By registering, customers can save time at the checkout stage, and can also elect to receive Belfast City Airport’s regular ezine, which will contain the latest news about the airport and it’s services. The information recorded in the registration process will not be passed to any third parties.

Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event that it is intercepted by someone else. The purchase area of our site is secure; this means that we utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. When using Internet Explorer a small padlock symbol will be displayed in the status bar to show that you are on a secure connection.
Where do I park?
After booking you should check your confirmation email for instructions and directions on what to do when you arrive at the airport.
What happens if I park in the wrong car park?
As our pre-booking system operates on a credit card recognition system, it is important that you follow the instructions in your confirmation email. Customers who book for the long stay car park and park in the short stay car park will be charged twice for their parking.
What happens if I overstay?
Customers who remain in the car park beyond the end of their booked period will be charged at the normal rate for that car park for the additional period.
What happens if I return early?
Customers who leave the car park before their scheduled exit date should do so with their card in the normal manner. No refund will be given in this case.
How do I cancel or modify my booking?
Customers can log in to the system to modify or cancel existing bookings. Cancelled bookings and reduced term modifications will be subject to an administration charge, see Terms & Conditions for full details.
How far ahead can I prebook?
We would recommend that you book your parking as soon as you know your final travel dates. Bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance of scheduled entry date.
Can I book for today?
No. Bookings can only be taken 24 hours in advance of travel.
I am a blue badge holder, how do I use the service?
Belfast City Airport provides designated parking bays for blue badge holders in the short stay car park. When registering on the system, blue badge holders should check the relevant check box to indicate their status. Then, after confirming possession of their badge by presenting it at the airport information desk, all future bookings will be valid for the short stay car park, but at the cheaper long stay rates.
Existing registered users who become blue badge holders should contact the airport to enable this facility.
