'High Fliers' Apprenticeship Scheme

George Best Belfast City Airport are offering Apprenticeship placements for young people between the ages of 16-24 for up to 2 years.
We are working with our business partners; Autogrill, Costa Coffee, O'Brien's Sandwich Bar, House of Ireland, WH Smith and World Duty Free to give young people within the greater Belfast area a variety of airport experience.
The 'High Fliers' Apprenticeships will give young people the opportunity to:
- Gain a variety of transferable skills
- Gain job specific skills
- Work towards a nationally recognized qualification (NVQ)
- Maintain income/funding while they learn
Further support includes:
- Mentoring and career coaching
- interview skills workshops
- First aid qualification
