A shuttle bus service operates between the airport termainal and the adjacent rail halt at Sydenham. Translink operates a twice-hourly rail service (0600-2300) Monday-Saturday to Central and Victoria Street Stations. The service is hourly on Sundays (0900-2200).

The approximate cost to Central Station is £1.70. Connections are available from Central Station to the rest of the rail network in Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic.
