Aer Lingus Regional has announced a new service from George Best Belfast City Airport to the popular UK holiday destination, Newquay.Operated by Stobart Air, the three-times weekly flights to Cornwall Airport Newquay will commence from 28th June 2021 and conveniently connect passengers with Cornwall and the South of England.

“As a staycation favourite, Newquay has always been a popular destination served from Belfast City Airport and we are delighted that Aer Lingus Regional is going to re-establish this service since it was left vacant by Flybe.
“The quick flight times and direct connectivity makes it the ideal choice for a getaway closer to home and we are confident the route will be popular with holidaymakers, families, and anyone who wants to retreat to the beach this summer.”
The summer service will operate on an ATR72-600 aircraft with five now based at Belfast City Airport permanently.

This service to Newquay takes the number of routes served by Belfast City Airport to 26 across the UK and Europe.
