  • Working hours: 42 hours per week

  The Airport Duty Manager (ADM) is the airport’s senior operational representative on duty, coordinating the safe, secure, compliant and customer-focused delivery of the live operation. Acting in the best interests of Belfast City Airport and its customers, the ADM makes timely operational decisions, leads the response to disruption and incidents, and ensures effective communication and escalation across airport departments, airlines, ground handlers, control authorities and other business partners.

  Car Park Attendant - Part Time | Mitie

  Job Overview

  • To join a fantastic team and to assist in the efficient operation of the car parks, trolley service & Lost property
  • Full training given
  • £13.31 per hour
  • Closing Date: 25th November 2026

  Main Duties

  • Conduct daily/weekly equipment and site inspections
  • Respond to requests for technical help, such as ticket jams etc
  • Provide first line maintenance of all equipment
  • Assist all car park users both on the ground and remotely
  • Assist all blue badge holders and support PRM
  • Ensure all car parks are tidy and well presented, taking action to rectify any issues below standard
  • Ensure that all car park equipment & trolleys are
  • operational and efficient
  • Ensure adequate provision of trolleys across the site
  • Drive the vehicle to and from the halt to collect passengers
  • Security patrol of car parks and record
  • Ensure entire site meets health and safety standards and all issues recorded and reported for action
  • Proactively ensure entire site is prepared in advance of any weather disruption
  • Ensure team is fully trained and competent in emergency orders
  • Car Park Control team
  • Respond to passenger intercoms
  • Remotely assist passengers such as booking activations/lost ticket etc
  • Ensure correct procedures for car park system operation are followed
  • Direct ops team to any area that requires attention
  • Keep issue log etc
  • Passenger transfer between terminal and rail halt
  • Provide and drive a suitable vehicle to transfer passengers to/from the halt.
  • Full vehicle maintenance, insurance and fuelling
  •  Have no more than 6 current penalty points
     Have had no driving bans within the last 12 months
     Be over 21 years of age ( For insurance purposes )
     Have held a full, valid licence for more than 12 months
