Assistance provided at the airport

Special Assistance at Belfast City Airport, ranked among the best in the UK by the CAA, is available for passengers with impairments, disabilities, hidden disabilities, or reduced mobility. Our team is here to support you every step of the way, making your journey through the airport as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Assistance to the terminal and onward to your flight can be requested via the intercom located in the Disability Assistance Call Point Shelters in the Long Stay and Premier Car Park. Short Stay Car Park customers: if you require assistance, please make your way to the Car Park Assistance Office located in the Express Drop Off and Pick Up area, where you will find an assistance call point. If you are unable to reach the Car Park Assistance Office, please call 028 9093 5247 to speak directly with a member of our Special Assistance team.

You can also request assistance at the following locations:

  • Disability Services desk in the terminal
  • Designated assistance area in Departures

Assistance is available from the Express Drop Off and Pick Up area through to boarding the aircraft, from arrivals to pick-up and to your chosen car park. This includes help with checking in, getting through security, and boarding the aircraft.

Assistance provided for arriving passengers includes help with collecting baggage and going through passport control (if arriving from an international flight).
