Entering / Exiting our Premier Car Park
For all pre-booked customers, our car parks operate with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR).
On arrival and departure:
- Drive up to the barrier
- The camera will read your vehicle registration
- The barrier will lift
- If the barrier does not lift, scan your QR code on your confirmation email (paper copy or from a mobile device)
Bicycle bays are available free of charge within our Premier Car Park and are located in a covered area ensuring protection from all weather.
Blue Badge Parking
Blue Badge parking spaces with extra wide bays for easier access are available to customers who have pre-booked the Premier Car Park. Please ensure your Blue Badge is clearly displayed in your vehicle while parked.
If you require assistance, an intercom is available at the Disability Assistance Call Point shelter and connects directly to our Special Assistance team.
