Short Stay Parking at Belfast City Airport
Our Short Stay Car Park is designed for your convenience and is just a three to five minute walk to the terminal building via a partially covered walkway. With clear signage guiding you every step of the way, you can get from car to gate without the wait.
Perfect for weekend getaways, short trips, and collecting and dropping off your loved ones, the Short Stay Car Park allows you to take more time for the things that matter.
To unlock our best rates, pre-book Short Stay parking more than four days in advance.
If you haven’t pre‑booked car parking, simply drive to your chosen car park, where the applicable drive‑up rates will be clearly displayed at the entrance. Payment can then be made at any pay station within the terminal or at the car park exit barrier.

Entering / Exiting our Short Stay Car Park
For all pre-booked customers, our car parks operate with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR).
On arrival and departure:
- Drive up to the barrier
- The camera will read your vehicle registration
- The barrier will lift
- If the barrier does not lift, scan your QR code on your confirmation email (paper copy or from a mobile device)
Blue Badge Parking
Blue Badge parking spaces with extra-wide bays for easier access are available to both drive-up and pre-booked customers. Please ensure your Blue Badge is clearly displayed in your vehicle while parked.
If you require assistance, an intercom is available at the Car Park Assistance Office to request support from our Special Assistance team.
Blue Badge holders can also avail of up to 2 hours of free parking to drop off or pick up passengers in our Short Stay Car Park. When you have finished at the airport, the driver needs to present the entry ticket and the valid Blue Badge at the Car Park Assistance Office. The entry ticket will then be validated for up to 2 hours. If your stay has been less than 2 hours, the validated ticket will work to exit. If the stay has been over 2 hours, the parking will be charged at the normal rate.
Alternatively, the driver can press the intercom at any pay station or on exit, and a member of the car park team will confirm valid Blue Badge ownership before validating the 2 hours of free parking.
Electric Vehicle Charging
We have twelve parking bays with EV charging facilities located in our Short Stay Car Park – six standard chargers and one Rapid charger (up to 100 miles in less than 30 minutes).

Please note that standard parking tariffs will apply to those entering the Car Park to avail of the EV chargers and parking bays with EV charging facilities can’t be pre-booked.
