Consumer Council Report
The Consumer Council is the official body appointed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to handle complaints under the Civil Aviation Regulations (2007) for flights departing from, or airports located in, Northern Ireland. They work closely with us at Belfast City Airport—as well as other airports across Northern Ireland—to help ensure services continue to meet the needs of all passengers, especially those with disabilities or reduced mobility. At Belfast City Airport, our passengers are at the heart of everything we do. Providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming airport experience for everyone is our top priority.

On 25th September 2025, we facilitated a walkthrough of the Airport for members of our Accessibility Forum. Action points from this walkthrough will be sent to the Consumer Council who will then create a report outlining our accessibility. The report will be published on this page once received.
On 26th November 2024, we facilitated a walkthrough of the Airport for members of our Accessibility Forum. Action points from this walkthrough will be sent to the Consumer Council who will then create a report outlining our accessibility. The report will be published on this page once received.
