Ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe and comfortable journey is at the heart of what we do.
Passengers requiring Special Assistance should advise their airline of the assistance they require at least 48 hours in advance of travel. However, we recommend pre-booking assistance as early as possible with your airline or travel agent. This is best done at the time of booking.
On the day of travel, please present yourself to the Disability Services desk, located in the main concourse. Our team will then assist you through security, the Departures Lounge, and onward to the boarding gate to help you board the aircraft.
Our Special Assistance team is available daily from 4:30am to 10:00pm. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry. Our team will remain on-site to assist.
On your return to Belfast City Airport, our team will be on hand to assist you from the aircraft to baggage reclaim, and then to your vehicle or pick-up area.
