Royal Caribbean’s First Direct Flight from Belfast to Wonder Of The Seas Takes Off

Royal Caribbean International’s first direct charter flight from George Best Belfast City Airport to Barcelona took flight yesterday afternoon, carrying a plane full of guests setting sail on the cruise line’s new ship, Wonder of the Seas, this summer.

Guests flying from Belfast yesterday were the first to experience this new charter service as part of a recent partnership between Royal Caribbean International, Belfast City Airport and British Airways. The summer flight programme offers direct flights between Belfast and Barcelona from 3rd July until 18th September 2022, putting guests’ minds at ease for a smooth holiday experience from start to finish.

Jennifer Callister, Head of Ireland sales at Royal Caribbean International, said:
