Express Drop Off and Pick Up

An Express Drop Off and Pick Up car park has been introduced for motorists who will be on site for less than 10 minutes, perhaps welcoming home or saying goodbye to friends or family, and who don't intend on going into the terminal building.

A minimum charge of £3.00 applies for the first 10 minutes.

If you are dropping off or picking up a passenger and plan to be on-site for more than 10 minutes to say your farewells or assist with luggage, our Short Stay Car Park is the best option for you and available from just £3.50 for up to 30 minutes.

These charges come into affect as of 14th March.

Want Free Drop Off or Pick Up?

As of 14th March, motorists can avail of 10 minutes free in the Long Stay Car Park. Simply take a ticket on entry and re-insert the ticket at the exit barrier within 10 minutes to avoid incurring a cost. You are free to utilise any unoccupied parking space within the Long Stay Car Park during the drop off or pick up period.

*N.B - if you leave the Long Stay Car Park and return to enter within 15 minutes, you will be automatically charged a minimum of £5.00 (applicable rates thereafter). These charges come into affect as of 29th February 2024.

Dropping Off or Collecting a Person with Reduced Mobility?

Passengers with reduced mobility and/or hidden disabilities are entitled and encouraged to use the Special Assistance service at Belfast City Airport for getting to and from the terminal building.

Passengers requiring assistance should book this with their airline, travel agent or tour operator at least 48 hours in advance. This information is then transmitted to both the departure and arrival airports.

Drivers dropping off or picking up a person with a blue badge can continue to do so in the Short Stay Car Park. Upon meeting the passenger, a member of the Special Assistance team can validate the driver's ticket at the desk.
